Since their 2018 release, ‘Victoria’, Birds of Bellwoods’ music has topped Spotify’s Canada Viral 50 Chart, and held a place in the top 40 of Canadian Alternative for over 30 weeks. It has brought several domestic and international awards and nominations, as well as performances at top-tier festivals such as Osheaga and Festival D’été. In 2019 Birds of Bellwoods embarked on a cross-Canada arena tour opening for world-renowned Olympic athletes Scott Moir and Tessa Virtue, performing to over 100,000 people across the country. Since then they have remained a staple of Canadian indie rock.
Birds of Bellwoods’ shifting identity has covered everything from folk to pop, acoustic to alternative, and with an ever growing line up of collaborators and over 20 million streams, lead singer Stevie Joffe is currently in the process of crafting a new sound.
The latest single Miss You Yet, produced by Mickey Brandolino (Mico, Valley, Elio) marks the beginning of a new era for the project.
Currently signed to MNRK Music Group (formerly eOne music Canada).
